Lake Gaston Fitness is an exercise facility serving the Lake Gaston area. We are here to help you make the best of your lakeside living and active lifestyle. With our convenient location, accessible hours and flexible membership options, we make it easy for you to stay fit.
The Lake Gaston community is home to many young and old with a variety of activity needs. We recognize this and offer affordable and flexible membership plans whether you're a full time resident, a weekender, or visiting on vacation. Come stay fit with us, so that you can stay in shape and remain energetic to enjoy all that Lake Gaston has to offer.
Our Facility
With over 5000 square feet of space, we have plenty of floor space for a large variety of exercise equipment including commercial grade LifeFitness treadmills, Precor and Matrix elliptical trainers and LifeFitness recumbent and upright bikes. We also have a selectorized workout circuit and a great selection of free weights.
About Us
We are a locally owned and operated fitness center supporting the needs of the local Lake Gaston Community. We are conveniently located at 362 Lizard Creek Road just minutes from the Food Lion. Established in 2003, Lake Gaston Fitness has proudly served over 700 community residents.
YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER TO USE OUR FACILITY
NEW registrations are received on Tuesdays and Thursday 5 -7 PM, and Saturdays 9 -11 AM.
Registered Member Hours
Lake Gaston Fitness is open 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM Weekly. Registered members have, access to the facility via bar coded key fob, see the About Us Page for more information.
